Airports If you are flying in, the Bay Area has three major airports. San Jose Airport (SJC) is the closest, then San Francisco (SFO) is about an hour away, and then finally Oakland (OAK) is about an hour and a half away.  AccomodationWe've reserved a room block at two different hotels. The Wild Palms Hotel in Sunnyvale is about a 35-minute drive from the wedding site. The cost is $69 for a standard king and $75 for a standard double per night for Friday or Saturday evening, and breakfast is included. You can make a reserveration here or by calling (408) 738-0500. Please be sure and reference the "Giffin/Ho Wedding". The Residence Inn in Campbell is a shorter 20-minute drive from the wedding site. The cost is $89 per night for a studio, which includes kitchen, queen bed and sofabed, and breakfast is also included. You can make a reservation by calling (800) 331-3131 and referencing the "Giffin & Ho Wedding Guest Room Block at the San Jose/Campbell Residence Inn". Ground Transportation Unfortunately, there are little to no options for public transportation in the South Bay area. We recommend that you rent a car while out in the Bay Area. The major car rental companies have locations at all three of the Bay Area airports. Things to Do / Places to Eat There are many wonderful places to visit and restaurants to eat at while you are in the San Francisco Bay Area.
